"Took some time, but it looks nice"
I ordered it from Zuri Essentials, and putting it together was mostly straightforward. The instructions made sense, but there was one part where it just didn’t want to line up, so I had to try a few times. It ended up taking longer than I expected, but I’m still happy with how it turned out...

"My order came a little off"
I ordered from shopzuri.com, and at first I was like, okay, the shipping wasn’t bad and everything seemed fine. Then I opened the package and noticed a couple of the items weren’t the size or color I actually picked. Like, come on, how does that even happen? I know mistakes happen, but it’s still annoying having to go back and fix something that should’ve been checked before it shipped. Customer service did reply, so I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but I’m definitely not happy with how inaccurate the order was.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what you actually get, I expected more. Maybe if it were cheaper I’d feel differently, but yeah, it kind of left me disappointed.

"First impression wasn’t great"
My first impression was frustrating because the delivery was already all over the place from the start. The order ended up arriving 9 days late, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea what was going on. Support did reply when I reached out, which I appreciated, but the whole experience still wasn’t great.

"Pretty easy to use, though a little slow at times"
I found shopzuri.com straightforward to use overall. I’m not super patient with websites when I’m shopping, so I appreciated that the menu was easy to understand and I didn’t have to click around forever just to figure out where things were. The product pages were also easy enough to find, which matters because if I feel lost on a site, I usually just give up and leave.
The only thing I noticed was that a few pages took longer to load than I expected, not painfully slow, but slow enough that I noticed it while browsing. I also think the filters could be a bit more useful, especially if you’re trying to narrow things down quickly instead of scrolling through everything. But even with those little issues, the site was simple, not confusing, and mostly easy to get through.

"White glove delivery wasn’t really worth it"
I paid extra for the white glove delivery but it didn’t feel like it. The guys seemed in a rush the whole time, left some of the packaging behind, and the setup wasn’t done right either. I had to fix a few things myself after they left. I also reached out to shopzuri support and they was slow getting back. Not super happy with the whole thing...

I’ve been waiting on a refund from shopzuri.com for way longer than I expected. They told me it was being processed, but nothing has shown up yet, and I keep having to message them just to get any kind of update. It’s frustrating. I just want my money back.

To be fair, they replied the same day and got most of it sorted without a bunch of back and forth. The final update took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but they were polite and responsive overall. I guess I’d order from them again.

Checking out on shopzuri.com was straightforward for me. I found my cart right away, and the payment steps were easy enough to follow without having to think too much about it.

The only annoying part was after I entered my card details, the page took a bit longer than expected to load. That little wait felt kind of unnecessary because I wasn’t sure if the order had actually gone through or not.
After about a minute, the confirmation came in, so everything worked out fine. I’d use the site again, but a slightly faster checkout would definitely make the whole thing feel better.

"Showroom visit was kind of a letdown"
I stopped by the showroom expecting to get some help and maybe a better feel for the products, but it was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem all that interested, I ended up waiting around longer than I thought I would, and the displays were kind of messy, like... I don’t know, it just didn’t feel very put together
